Your First Dental Visit
When you first arrive at our dental office, you’ll be asked to sign in at our front desk as well as hand in any new patient forms you may have already filled out. If you have not yet had a chance to do this, please arrive a few minutes early so you have enough time to complete them while you wait for our dentists. Once a team member brings you to the back of the dental office, either Dr. Weiss or Dr. Fulreader will conduct a full exam, perform a cleaning with time permitting, and answer any of your questions.
New Patient Forms
When you fill out new patient forms at our dental office, it gives us a chance to learn more about you and your oral and overall health needs. You can easily download these forms online, print them out, and complete them before your visit to save time at your appointment.
Dental Insurance Welcome
When you have dental insurance, your care can become significantly more affordable overall. We can work with your dental insurance provider and our staff will make sure to maximize your benefits. We’re happy to file claims on your behalf and make sure that you get the most amount of money reimbursed for your care, regardless of the type of treatment you might need. If you have questions about your coverage, please let us know!
CareCredit Financing Available
Making dental services affordable is incredibly important to us at Weiss Dental Arts. To help make comprehensive dental care more obtainable, we work with CareCredit, a third-party financing company. Our partnership with CareCredit can help you receive the treatments you need when you need them. Instead of paying for care all at once, you can pay in monthly installments, whether it’s over 6, 12, 18, 24 months or longer! Often times, little to no interest is attached as well!
